Athlete Testing

Introduction

Athlete Testing is a key component of India’s anti-doping programme. Conducted by the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA), testing helps ensure fair competition, protect athlete health, and uphold the integrity of sport.

Athletes may be tested at any time, either during competitions or outside competitions, without prior notice. Testing may involve urine and/or blood sample collection in accordance with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) standards.
